If you feel you got a good price for your is350, please post your dealership, salesman, price, and discount of msrp.

I'm shopping around and could use some good leads in the NY, NJ area.

Make sure you ask them what else was involved with their deal. Many people here post ridicilous discounts off MSRP but they fail to mention they gave their trade-in virtually for free and people congratulate them on how well they did.

You need to ask $ off MSRP PLUS what they traded and for how much. Did they purchase, did they lease? If they leased, you need to know money factors etc.

$ off MSRP are entirely meaningless by themselves. You will get apples, oranges and bananas with no relevance to what you may be wanting to do.

Dealers in CT aren't giving anything off 350s from what I experienced...I got lots of freebies thrown in (XM, rear spoiler, all weather mats, clearbra at the installer's regular cost instead of at dealer's markup). I didn't trade in a vehicle, so that wasn't part of the negotiation (or lack thereof).

I got lucky just finding a 350 w/sport package in the color I wanted.

Ok i live in Rockland and was shopping around in Dec 2005 i recived my car 2 months later. I look at 3 different dealership. They where Prestige in Mahwah NJ, Lexus of Englewood NJ and Ray Catena in Larchmont, NY. Let me say forget about Prestige in Mahwah NJ. They suck.. yes they are a very big derlership and some say thats better but they wouldn't do anything to make any kind of deal. Remeber this was back in December so things might chang-. Then i went to Englewood Lexus and with-in 15 min they were taking money off the MSRP. I got the is350 with LT PA and HW which is listed at 43,684.00 Then i went to Ray Catena and i told them i was at the other two dealerships and they said they will beat it and they did. So i went with Ray Catena and got it for 40,300 so thats 3,300 off I was happy and they got my money. Let me just tell you make sure you know you stuff about this car. A lot of the dealers no crap about this car or at least they didn't a few months ago. I hope this helps but My two top places to go is Ray Catena and/or Englewood Lexus they where also very nice .. and the Guy in Englewood named "John" a great guy .

Had nothing but great experiences with Lex of Englewood. The GM is a great guy and a personal friend. The only complaint is that the showroom can only fit about 4 vehicles. But they are changing the whole operation very soon by moving the garage off-site. But the salesmen are always more than accomidating in escorting you to the lots to look at and drive the cars.

I got mine at Prestige Lexus, NJ. $250 over invoice...my dad's an employee. Financing it, fully loaded Blue onyx lux package, ML, etc. Have to wait like 8-12 weeks for mine cause of ML though

Prestige is a joke. Go to Lexus of Greenwich. Deal with Rick Brogan. Not only did he guarantee my car when I asked for it....But he got me to the right price. At Prestige..I would tell them my deal at Greenwich and they would be like "impossible, they only do 1% of the volume we do"..right there bashing the competition. Not a good sales tactic. How was it impossible if....I got the car?....

In 2002 i purchased a loaded IS300 from Ray Catena....in Larchmont....they were great...good prices and good service the whole time i had the car...a very professional place....i recommend them....

i sold my is...now drive a 330ci....but will be looking at an IS350 next...i now live in long island and will drive out to larchmont to deal with them instead of the nasty lexus dealers in long island.

Ray Catena also has an Oakhurst, NJ Lexus dealership. Outstanding service and they had about 10 IS's on the lot (in April anyway). I was stunned at the helpfullness and I got about $2500 off MSRP.
