Default haha wow tustin lexus really sucks this time

i went to take my car seatbelt fixed from the recall~ and when i got it back i found the following problems when i drove off

1. SRS Light was on
2. Left Door Sill was not in 100%

i go back and they fix it

when i get home

1. Left Seatbelt Covers were LOOSE.. 3 fasteners were missing
2. Rear Sills was not on and they bent the pins on the sill pretty bad
3. Right front door sill was not in 100%
4. Right seatbelt covers was not in 100%

i had to pretty much remove it all and do it myself

That's ridiculous, man. Call the manager and report all that stuff, then demand some compensation.

I do not even know why you brought your car into Tustin Lexus. You should of known this.

They are the WORST Lexus Dealer in the entire state of California.

I have had 3 or 4 bad experiences with them. Never going back again.

Agreed, we (wife and I) dropped our car off for the chrome wheels last week and they assured us the car would be ready by noon and that they would wash it too. My wife arrived at noon to pick it up but the car wasn't there. She had to wait 1/2 hour and the car wasn't clean. She complained and they agreed to fill the car up with gas the next time we come in and that they would detail it for us at no charge.

It seems like Lexus is really losing it with the quality of their dealerships. They are clearly not there as a luxury marquee if they keep letting their dealerships work like this.

While you should complain, a service team could not work that sloppy if their management actually cared. You should try to find an alternative location.

Of course your buying experience was okay. But once you buy from there they dont give a **** about you after they make that sale. I wouldnt even take my beater there for service! Yet alone a new lexus.

I know how you feel. I was devastated when I got my car back with pry marks and scratches all over the A/C vents and navigation area. They used some prying tool to pry my navigation unit out..

They learned their lesson though.. they had to order a whole new navigation unit twice.. and replace the A/C vents. Probably $4000 job.. all due to their mistakes. When I go back to pick up my car, I'm going to return the loaner with no gas.

so based on your experience i guess it is possible to buy a stand alone factory navi unit heh but yeah that really blows on your experience. that fact that they had to replace something doesn't make you feel better anyway even if its new

Wow... thanks for the heads up. I live nearby Tustin Lexus so I was going to get all the service on my new IS250 done there. I think I'll drive a few extra miles and go to a different dealer instead.
