I have to say the service dept at Lexus of Lexington is awesome!! I took my IS in for the recall and first of all they are always super nice and then they give me a loaner and it is a new RX 400h. Pretty cool in my opinion.

The local lexus dealer has been the total opposite. Clean, Professional, and they can actually fix something.

Lexus of Lexington is where I bought my IS250. I have not needed my 5000 mile service (or any other service) yet so it is good to hear about your experience at this dealership. I have about 3700 miles on my IS now so I will have 1-2 months before my first scheduled service.
The salesman I worked with was probably the best salesman I have ever bought a car from. There was some wheeling and dealing going on back and forth, but he never tried to push me into anything I did not want. He worked with me until I got the options on the IS I wanted at a price I was willing to pay.
The parts department supervisor was really good when I wanted the center dash grill for a ML equipped IS. When I explained what I was planning to do in upgrading the standard audio system he was inquisitive when he realized I knew what I was doing.
