BAD. I think the IS250 should stay on and if you want the VVTI emblem, you should make room for it somewhere else on the rear, but only if it matches the other emblems.

Sorry but it looks totally out of place to me. If you really wanna hide the IS250 badge why not just remove both badges to give the rear a clean look? Remember to fill the holes afterwards though.

Either leave it stock or debadge it, but don't replace the stock emblem with that one!

reminds me of those GM cars with ABS (anti-lock braking) or EF (electronic fuel injection) emblems. And then there are those boomboxes with "Turbo" stickers... Most people probably don't know what VVTi stands for, and those who actually do will think it's superfluous.
