Sorry but it looks totally out of place to me. If you really wanna hide the IS250 badge why not just remove both badges to give the rear a clean look? Remember to fill the holes afterwards though.

reminds me of those GM cars with ABS (anti-lock braking) or EF (electronic fuel injection) emblems. And then there are those boomboxes with "Turbo" stickers... Most people probably don't know what VVTi stands for, and those who actually do will think it's superfluous.
