I went in expecting a free tank of gas because in the past they've returned the car filled. However, on BOTH of my trips in for the seat belt recall the tank was exactly where I had left it at. I did get a free car wash, though.
Normally I would've brought up the free gas, but they put me in such a good mood both times I had to take the IS in that I couldn't honestly complain. The first trip in the repair was done in an hour after they had determined that the parts were on backorder. On the second trip I was more upset that I had to give up the new RX350 loaner I had just put over 350 miles on in 2 days. On a related note, I know what my next Lex is gonna be.
