Is it possible to make the red blinking light go away? I have not seen this addressed in any other threads.

I know there is always an ongoing war over reposts and search requests, etc. but before I posted anything (and before I purchased my car) I tried looking through every post in the IS forum. I am a computer savy person, but not everyone is so I like to give them the benefit of the doubt as well. Another thing is that some posts become so long and seem to swerve off the topic that some of the things you are looking for can get buried pretty deep. On the other hand, it can be annoying when some question is repeated over and over again. That is why I like how Kermee handled it. I like being able to see what the person searched for and seeing all related material......my $.02....
