For HID's, I'd need to get H11, correct?

what if i have the stock 4300k HIDs but want to switch to 6000k . . . what all do i need? I tried searching but everyone is using halogens then using the conversion kit. . . is this what i need too or do i just need the bulbs? I would like to get a nice kit . . . philips or whatever from xenondepot.com.

you would just need to get the actual H11 bulbs only, no need to get a kit.

Also, how long have you guys had the MTEC kit on? Any problems? I've read that the 6000k kit isn't as bright as the 4300k kit. How much brighter, percentage wise, is the 6000k kit when compared to the stock halogens?

When hid bulbs go out ( and that will be about 4 years for oem bulbs ) you just replace the bulbs. And the 06 lexus models equipped with HID all use d4s bulbs. Prepare to sacrifice alot of visibility when moving up in kelvin temperature especially when using aftermarket bulbs they tend to put less Lumins when compared to oem bulbs running at the same temperature. PS good luck finding 6000k+ bulbs with a d4s base. I doubt they will be out in the near future.
