Default just want to double check these sizes for wheels

It's taken me quite awhile to get around to ordering the wheels (Volk Progressiv ME), but now that I have contacted Mackin, the standard 19x8.5 (+35) and 19.9.5 (+45) are out of stock for a few months or more. I'm not one to wait, especially when they told me I can do a 19x8 (+43) (and use a 5mm spacer) and 19x9.5 (+35), which these they do have, and i've momentarily placed that order. My tire sizes thourgh BFG (a sponsor, yay!) woul dbe 235/35/19 (f) and 265/30/19 (r), ...I tried for the 275 but they discontinued that size, ..which may work out better nayway with the +35 in the rear anyway.

Thoughts?

+43 should be fine for the rear, most setups ive seen in the wheel thread use mid-high 30s for front and low 40s for rear, hold on to the spacers just in case

+45 is what i wanted in the rear, but am having to settle for the +35 w/ a 265/30, ...still think that will be ok?

fronts will use the 5mm spacers on the +43 to bring the offset to +38 (closer to the +35 as I initially wanted)

make sense yet? ..confused? I am.

RAYS specifies certain offsets per wheel width for every car (meaning every cars caliper size).

my volks specification were +34 +40 on 8.5, 9.5. obviously my wheels are different from yours, but rays is an odd company when it comes to wheels. they makes several models per wheel width and their offsets not only change the actual offset but the spoke arc.

if i was you i'd go with what mackin says because its probably what rays says. or you can use spacers. just some info

Would 255/35/19 be the same exact size as 255/40/18? I went to the wheel tire calculator and it seems to be so. Can someone elaborate?
