I think the wing can go both ways. It took a little getting used to but it looks really nice from the rear.
Here are the specs on the wheels:
19x8.5 +43
19x10 +45

I'm considering these wheels for my LS430.

How big is the rear lip? Are the lips stainless and how difficult is it to maintain them? I have a tough time to maintain polished lips.
