I WON!!!!

No court, just a serious talk with the regional manager of custom sounds and he said he would cover the replacement cost .....Lexus agreed to replace the parts for $80 (no Labor)...... He (reginal manager ) admitted to no worng doing, but figured it's not worth the headache to make a mountian out of a mole hill. Besides I was told by Lexus that they still have a open accout with them to tint their cars from time to time and it's only for certin models....guess which ones? Yep, IS's

The draw back is that I took the day off to go get this crap taken care of only to find out that Lexus don't have the part in...it will take a few days before they get it. I could not get the windows retinted because the tint guy day off is Monday's.....



Lexus San Antonio has begun to tint their own windows......Wish I had known that at time of purchase.
