^ parents who like to spend money on cars.
imo, cars are bad investments if you're going to be switching in and out of em so often...but hey, not my money...so doesn't bother me any to have one.

guess so........ and that's good if that's the case. But then again I guess the IS250 is the starter kit luxury car. At least it is for me.

Yeah im 1x and im planning to get the IS250 I just need a few more grand and i can have enough for the Navi package with premium wheels etc... I should be able to pay it in full in about 3 months of working and plus its the summer, more working time so we will see. I'm patient and can wait as long as the style stays the same.

*rant* ignore if you want

thing about age n money, just cuz some of us are older dont mean that we have more money, we probally got way more bills first of all... when we were younger it was a different time, beware the plain looking buick t-type. Those days we really learned how to wrench a car, pull a t-2 engine and drop in a t-3 in our corollas, now days you gotta plug in for the air fuel mixtures, we just changed jets in the mikuni's... in some ways you guys got it easier but the trade off is, you cant fix it on the side of the road and you dont get real skillz, bolt on's dont really teach you about the black arts of tuning like porting for one, you can just buy a cnc match port head/intake manifold.. damm you young'ns, too bad thou you dont got the money :P

I'm 23 and own a loaded IS350 with the mods I have listed below. I work and have a great career. I get nothing from my father. I put $22k down cash for my IS and payments are under $400 a month for it. I generally just pay $1k monthly.
