I'll take that action. Starfire blue pearl was a color available on many Nissan and Infiniti models. With the loss of the popular blue onyx pearl color, my guess would be that Lexus's starfire is also blue.

I tried doing a google search for the color starfire, but came up empty...It has to be a darker blue right? They couldn't keep Desert Sage and not a dark blue?

BTW, if you are a sports fan, XM is great. Especially a baseball fan. It's also nice for a variety of commercial free music...Great place to find new artists that might be worth listenin to...

This is a link for a Nissan Maxima painted Starfire Pearl. I suppose with copyright regs and such the name is probably patented by PPG or Sherwin, etc so this should be the color. Looks like a BMW color awhile back called Avus Blue. I loved that color.....wonder if I should change my special order to Starfire from GFM.

I guess there adding starfire pearl to appeal to younger buyers who wont trade there 1st gen IS for a new IS because the colors available are not very youthful. That being said i like Matador Red but would like to see some brighter bolder colors for the new IS.

Dear Toyota_F1,
Can you please provide similar color info on the 2007 GS. The GS was introduced in Feb, 2005, so more changes in colors are possible. Also do you have any info sources on the color interiors of the 2007 GS or IS. The saddle leather interior for the BMW 335 coupe has been spotted from a dealer brochure. Any info on if this saddle color that's in many upscale cars (LS and SC) for awhile will be available.

A saddle/darker color tan/brown would be outstanding! As I have mentioned before, the teak color in the VW Touareg is BEAUTIFUL...Especially on black and white cars...I went to the dealer yesterday so I could spend some quiet time at the dealer with no salesman chatter and looked at all colors except Desert Sage (not on the lot, although I am intrigued as it is at least unique)...I am still torn. Not one color stands out to me at this point. Normally when I am gearing up to buy/lease a car, I have made a clear decision of a color choice. Right now I am lost, other then the cashmere interior color...I Like a bunch of colors, don't LOVE any! HELP!!!!

Crystal White is being replaced by Starfire Pearl 077 (so that makes it a WHITE, not a BLUE)
Blue Onyx is being replaced by Black Sapphire 8U0

Obsidian 212 is supposed to be the blackest black they have ever produced, almost a mirror-black finish. This color will also be available on the GS and LS.

Breakwater Blue Metallic (2 different codes listed under this name)
Desert Sage Metallic (I can't believe this didn't die)
Matador Red Mica
Smoky Granite Mica (code 1g0, in other areas this same code is called Black Pearl)
Tungsten Pearl
Glacier Frost Mica

Crystal White and Blue Onyx Pearl are not listed on the factory list of 2007 Colors.

End Statement

Hope this helps you all in your color picking for the 2007s.
