I need some suggestions as to what i should replace my stock DRL bulb to something else. if anyone has any pics then that would be great. thanks guys

 

Poorly asked question--why exactly do you want to replace the DRL bulb? You want brighter, whiter/bluer or what?! If you want a lot brighter, there are 100w bulbs, although they tend to burn out faster and may melt the harness. If you want to better match the HID, a lot of people use Silverstars ( they are a little whiter than stock); there are also all sorts of HID-look-alike blue bulbs, although they are not as bright and as DRL they are still yellowish. There are also people who really get fancy and replace the DRL with true HID (you will have to deactivate the DRL function to avoid damaging the ballast at DRL's lower voltage). Most lighting pictures don't accurately reflect the true color due to variation in camera and the light condition when the photo was taken). well, i wanted it to look whiter during the day. it looks so dull and yellow.

i have put the silverstar fog lamps on look really great nice and bright white
i also installed refractor 5 led parking lamps which are blue that look great as well
i wanted to install a blue drl bulb to match the parking lamp any suggestions ?

A blue DRL = blue high beam. Why on earth would you want ****-poor usable light when you need usable light the most?

 

b/c i live in fort lauderdale the chance to using ur high beams is like once a year if that
i want the drl to look like the parking lights thats all

Yes. I have them and the DRL (25% Power) looks like ***. Well no worse than stock but still yellow.
