Welp, Austin Lexus told me they could only give about 19k for my G35. I told them to stick it. But they wanted $2k off MSRP on the Lexus which was better.

NorthPark Lexus called me back today and we talked for a bit. I told him that I am getting much better offers than them on the IS350. MSRP or $500 off is too extreme. I said you won't get my business that way and I told him what Austin offered and now Houston. And they were like we can't believe they are offering that. Well I can and I am willing to make that drive. He said well he doesn't want to lose my business so he wanted to talk more about it once they can see my car. I told them Saturday afternoon is possible for me. But if I get less than 23k for my G35 I can't switch for a while longer.

take your g35 to carmax and bring that appraisal sheet to lexus so they can most likely match that.

took my G35 to Carmax and sold it there. dealer was going to give me about $800 less for the G and wanted my mods. got more from Carmax, sold the car to them in under and hour, and sold all my mods on ebay making 2K back. i'd recommend taking the G to them rather than dealing with the bs of a trade at the dealer. one of the easiest processes i've dealt with.
