Default What is everyone paying for the IS350?

I am considering trading in my G35 Sedan due to service issues among other things for a IS350. I drove a 250 today and would like to get a 350. I am looking to get HID, PREM, NAV and wood.

The dealer told me they are selling for MSRP with maybe a 500 off MSRP.

I can't believe this is true since I did see a few posts that people are getting $1500 off?

I apperciate it folks.

You can't get the stock HIDs without Lux or Sports. Sports won't have wood. So looks like Lux.

Wow Russ i'm at a loss of words.

Have you ever considered buying your Lexus outside of San Antonio, even going up to DFW for Sewell?

I am trying to contact Austin Lexus right now to see what they email back with. I am not sure if I want to drive all the way to Dallas to work a deal though.

Why loss for words?

i think i remember you from the g35driver forums.. i had made several posts there about the is350 when it first came out.

anyhow, i have a friend of a friend who was offered $1700 off any is350 from both park place lexus and sewell lexus in dallas. the buyer is picking up her is350 from sewell lexus this weekend. speak to rick at sewell and say you heard about the deal w/ a lady and her silver is350.

if you happen to be in houston, go to westside lexus and ask for rodrick watson. he is a good salesperson/friend of mine. just say bernard w/ the is350 sent you.

Or you could do Prem and get aftermarket HIDs. That is what I am doing. Aftermarket Hids will run you around 350-500 depending on install costs, brand, energy level.

That is a lot cheaper than the 2,200 it will cost to go from Prem to Lux. Of course you get a lot of other neat features too.

North Texas (ParkPlace and Sewell) were among the worst discounters when I bought mine. I got it from a Florida dealership. Maybe now that the 07s are almost here they will be better.

Haha, I'm laughing cause that's exactly what my dealer first told me when I went in take a look at the IS350. They said they would give me only 500 off MSRP since the car was "hot" now. But....lo and behold, I got the car for about 3k off MSRP after pricing dealers against each other.

The Austin dealer never responded as of yet to my email. Hopefully today I get a response from them.
