Chrome Wheels IS250 18"
I am expecting a special order IS250 RWD with the luxury package (including the 18 inch wheels). Is anyone aware of a vendor who 'chromes' these wheels and how much it may cost.

the dealership can actually do this, but mine quoted me at somewhere around 1k, and he actually recommended me to a local shop. I would find a local shop to do it . . .

I am getting my chrome wheels at a local shop here in La Mesa CA. They will install them Friday. Preston's Tires is the name of the place. They are charging me 700 for the swap, including balance + sales tax. Check your local tire shops. $2200 is a way to much to pay.

Our IS250 came with 18” chrome wheels, complete with the Lexus logo. However, the dealer had an extra $3,000 sticker in addition to the MSRP for them. I said if we buy the car we want them taken off. I figured he didn’t have a set of non-chrome 18” wheels on hand so he threw them in for nothing to make the sale.

I can't vouch for these guys, but there are multiple listings for chromed wheel swaps on ebay. You put some deposit + payment down and they send you the chrome wheels, then you ship them your stock wheels. Just search on ebay for IS250 wheels.

I bought my factory Chrome 18’s from a vendor in La Mesa CA, Prestons Tire & Wheel $725 installed with wheel balance, TPM, and Chrome center cap. Installation took 1hr. Ask for Wayne (619) 460-8311. The dealer wanted $2200...

I used the same guys as PhilipMSPT, I didn't swap, I bought brand new oem triple chromed wheels with caps and stems for $975 shipped, swap was going to cost me around $725, so I keep my originals for $250. I'll have a set for all season tires (which you guys in Cali don't have to worry about). PM me if you want the ebay seller. They ship quickly and the packaging was excellent.
