Default Any window tint pics of 50% front 35% rear?

Going for the light and classy look, would like to do 35% all around but here in L.A. that's a no no. I'm thinking 505 in front wouldn't be too much lighter than 35% but just light enough to not be hassled by the cops. Anyone got pics of this setup?

Funny you should ask since this is legal limit here in VA. Here are some of mine, let me know if you want any more.

Nice tints however just as I suspected, a little too light for my taste. You should have posted these pics on my thread a while back, would have made my decision a much faster one, oh well. I went with the 35% tints.

Perfect, thanks. One question, is it just the angle of the pics, or in person does the 50% tint in front look just about as dark (or light however u want to put it) as the 35% in the rear?

Yeah, there is actually a noticeable difference which I noticed doesn't really show up in these pics. I'll try to take some more and see if I can bring it out a little better.

I just can't seem to get a good picture to show difference in window tints. I've tried in sunlight, away from sunlight, with flash and without, in garage vs. outside - all seem very similar. Here is one, it is subtle but if you look closely, you'll notice the fronts are a little easier to see through than rears. The tints actually look lighter in the picture than in real life, but I can't seem to improve it (I'm not an expert photographer, just a point and shoot kinda guy). The difference is noticeable in person but not dramatic, if you weren't looking to see then difference, it wouldn't be blatantly obvious.

Well thanks for going the extra mile and trying all the different angles to bring it out better, I appreciate it. I think it looks really nice actually, my only concern is that 50% might still be too dark for Cali. I had 50% on my old vehicle, but that had a light interior, with our black interiors your 50% looks more or less as dark as 35%, which will get me in trouble in Cali. What to do what to do.

One last comment, are you sure they didn't do 35% all around for you? I ask because the difference is so negligible, it looks to me the only reason you can see slightly more light in the front than the rear is due to the fact your rear window is tinted and the windshield is not. I know you say it's more noticeable in person, but man the front and rear tint look more or less identical.

I don't have any way to be 100% sure, but I told him to do 50/35, maybe it's closer to 45/40, there is a difference but not dramatic. I wish I could have gotten a pic to more accurately show the difference. This is the first car I've tinted, so I don't really know what to expect for visual difference between 35 and 50. I would have probably expected it to be a little more noticeable.

Ya I know, gotta go off what they tell you, it's not like they show you the original box the tint film came in. Thanks again for posting the pics. I'm gonna go with a 50/35 most likely so I can post my pics for a comparison. Regardless, that's a nice tint you got, looks real sharp.
