How about
1. 3D nav showing street names? Most of nav on other car mfr support 3D, why not Toyota?
2. Cut the tickling noise from intrucing into the cabin. Lexus should be quiet
3. Larger brake like BMW to stop more efficiently. So far, Toyota is so penny pincher on performance part while aiming at BMW. Get a larger brake, and reduce stopping distance.

I didn't get the tickling option. Maybe someone left a battery powered device under your seat
The air conditioner works very well even here in Texas. I suspect the degrees are wrong though. Every other car I had seemed to be pretty consistant with temp, with this one I have to turn up the temp about 4 or 5 degrees to get relatively the same actual temp.
Would like a little more mid bass in sound system.

More front seat leg room.
Bring back the dark band of tint across the top of the front windshield.
6 speed manual transmission.
Put parking brake handle on the center console where it belongs.
