Debating on getting a second set of wheels, just curious if anyone has seen them or knows where I can find pics.

 

18" chrome plated pictures can usually be found on ebay. Autos, Parts and then do a search on Lexus IS350. I see them there all the time. Unfortunately you won't see them on the car at ebay.

The company on Ebay does swaps. They'll send you the chrome rims first, then you send them your non-chrome rims back.

 

I got mine done and it definately gives the IS a more pronounced look. Not too bling, but not bland either.

I am also thinking about a second set of 18" wheels for my Lexus IS220d. Can anyone tell me if I can put a set of four 8.5 x18" wheels on the car ? The specific wheels I want - Tecnomagnesio Detroits do not come in 8x18". I am concerned that 8.5x18" on the front may cause a problem when the recommended size for there is 8x18". Also if I can put the 8.5x18" all round what recommendation for tyre sizes would you suggest - 225/40 all round or 255/ 35 ?
