Default Price of purchase/install of clear bra

I have been calling around and found two places near me (Nashville and Louisville) that sell/install clear bras. I got these off the 3M site where you find certified installers near. The one in Louisville (Rock Guard) estimated around $800 for the full protection, and i did mention as much as possible, so it might be the extended. The one in nashville (Xtreme window tinting) said about $750.

Are these too high? Seemed like ive heard a lot of people getting them in the 500 range???

$800 is a ripoff, I paid $450 but A friend of mine that owns a autobody shop had it done for me at his wholesale cost.. I wouldnt pay more than $600 for the full protection kit if i were you..Since the kit itself is only around $250-$300.. I think $300 is more than enough for their time..

It should be around $500-600. Maybe a little extra (less than $100) for extra hood coverage.

I think it really depends on the place. But usual prices I see is in the $500-600 range, depending on what you want.

The most expensive place I know is Premier Mobile Group. But I cannot deny their work. They are just that delicate with their work, but it comes with a price.

Our Vendor Aerotect gives CL members $495 for front coverage.

Speaking of which, Time to contact Aerotect for some work.

With Premier, you definitely get what you pay for. Their custom work especially is unmatched. www.premiermobilegroup.com

Tony1, I'm over in CT (close to Westchester). Do you know of a good affordable place around this area for a bra install? My dealer asked for $1,200!

$1,200???????? That's hilarous... The way I got it done was,, my friend owns a body shop, so he has some guy he knows that does it come to the body shop and do my car.. i just paid
the wholesale price that the bodyshop pays, which was $450 (full kit).. I'm imagining
he must normally charge around $600 but I never dealt with the actual guy that did
the work so I dont have his number.

I paid a little over 600. nice hairs here and there plus some cob webbing where it's over stretched in certain small spots. Sort of dissapointed but dealing with it.

I'm overpaying and letting the dealer do it for $995.

I don't care about the extra few hundred and if one thing is out of place, it's a lot easier to bark up the dealerships tree.
