Default Trade my 2006 GS430 for an IS350

Any takers? I bought the new GS even tho I did not like the looks of the rear, but did it any way. Well over one year later I'm thinking bout buying the new IS350, that car is HOT looking. Wish they would have made the GS rear look that nice. So anyhow, anybody wanna trade?

Hello there

Are there other reasons why you do not like the GS430 besides its rear end?

Because I think the GS430 is an AWESOME car. I test drove one a few days ago and I loved it.

If you offer a straight-up trade, I'm sure you'll find a taker

In all seriousness, have you been to the dealer yet? My salesperson contacted me about trading in my GS430 b/c there is a lack of inventory...told me he could give me a great price.

It may not be just "luxury." The IS has a lot of luxurious amenities that surpasses the GS, as well as more power, better fuel economy, and a little better handling.

This will all change when the GS350 and GS460 arrives. Until then, the only thing the GS has that the IS cannot offer is more passenger room and torque.

I'm surprised everyone wants to trade. I admit that I've never driven the GS430, but I did drive the AWD version of the GS300, and found it WAY too soft for my taste. I'd much rather drive the IS350, even if it does have a lower sticker.

I think the reason for that, is that everyone is assuming they're going to get a 2006 GS430 with
close to the same miles as their IS350 has and with no money included.. Which I doubt, he's gonna want money along with somebody's IS350..(If he's even serious about his post)..
