Default Just found this out.... didnt know...

Not sure if anyone knew this... and I've been on this forum for a bit now since I've gotten the IS250.

You can reset the AVG MPG and AVG SPEED by pressing and holding DISP while on either of those displays.

I love it now, I never knew what the use of the avg speed was when it was averaging everything since I got the car. but now, i can average my trip from Santa Barbara to Orange County whenever I go home.

avg mpg for the tank or the regular mpg? guess i could go try . . . i kinda want to keep the regular "avg mpg" though just to see the mpg during life of the car.

I've noticed how I get better gas mileage after resetting the avg. mpg, with the same commute. Makes me wonder how accurate the display is.
