Nevermind, I figured it out - ![Wiggle](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wiggle.gif)
Turns out there were two additinal 10mm bolts hidden up underneath the wheel well. Once I finally pealed it back and took a look, there they were - just smiling at me.
I included a few pics of not only the sneaky "hidden" bolts but also some additional shots of where I mounted the ballasts, wires, etc. Hope this will help someone out there...

Who ever originally said it would be easier to install the 9006 fog HID kit with the bumper cover off was right. Getting the bumper cover off and then back on was a pain, but the HID kit install was a breeze (way easier than the H11 replacement HID kit).
Feel free to PM me with any questions!

i just finished installing the luminics jdm yellow fog bulbs. pretty easy install.
the only problem i came across was turning the bulb too much when i was trying to take it out.
the trick is to turn it counterclock wise and "pulling" at the same time. if you over-turn it, it will remain "locked" and you wont be able to take the bulb out. I thought the bulb was stuck at first but took me a few minutes to realize what i did wrong.

Hey everyone, im kinda new to all of this.
Does blue and white work as well as yellow fogs? cause i was told that yellow is usually used for fogs?
Do i have to make sure i get 12V 55W in my new foglight as well? What is the range for the W? up to 80W max? 12V cannot change right?
FOr my headlights, i have to get two stage right? So something like Nokya Arctic White H1 Bulbs - Stage 2. What is the H1
And for my fogs, maybe something like Nokya Arctic Purple 9006 Bulbs ?
ONE more thing, what is the max K you can go to before having to install HID. 8000K?
sorry for making your eyes bleed and brain hurt with all my questions. =P
much appreciate and thank in advance !

Some people like the white/blue looks for aesthetics. White/Blue will produce more glare versus a yellow in actual fog.
You will want to stick with 51W to 55W bulbs. Anything higher and you might damage your harness.
I think you have a is250, not sure the year, but you might be looking for H11 bulbs for the headlights and 9006 for the fogs.
At this time, there are lots of HID conversion kits on the market for a good price. If you are going to spend say $50 per bulb and a kit is only a couple hundred more, go with the kit. You will be way more satisfied.
I decided to test out the PIAA H11 extreme ultrawhites. Even though I bought them on eBay for $65 each and they are brighter than the oem bulbs. I think I would have rather done a HID conversion.
