Default What an idiot !

After two months of ownership, Leaving the corner store I got a little careless and scraped the crap out of the bottom of my front bumper. . The first wounds are the hardest. Just too make me me feel better, who else is an idiot?

Cool

I did it last week, pulled in too close to the parking space bumper. Luckily it can't been seen, only felt.

After two months of ownership myself, I've start to become less paranoid and more careless about my car.

A couple days ago, I curb rashed my wheel backing into a parallel spot. And more recently, I, uh, backed into a bush. The curb rash I can't repair but the bush only left a couple marks that buffed right out.

Need to be more careful :'(

we've all done some minor stuff can't help it. i pulled too far into a parking space and the front lower lip tapped the concrete parking curb, left a few scrape marks.

Was backing into a parking stall at work. Wish I had the back-up sensor because I thought it could go a little more and then BLAM. Hit the concrete wall that wasn't smooth but actually jagged from the sand showing through. Now I have a patch on my rear bumper with all these little holes on it.

I rubbed the tire on the curb in front of my house.

I've never had a car this big, it takes awhile to get used to.

here are things i do concicously:

in lots: i park far far far away from a) carts b) entrance c) other cars
i rather walk for 2 mins than come back to a surprise.
never pull in alot, rather pull in less and stick out a bit than hit the stopping cement in my parking lot spot.

on the street: use the camera and rather stick out a bit than curb rash

when backing up: same thing, use the camera, but know that its about 5-8" inches from the real end of your car. i again rather stick out than hit stuff.

CONCIOUSLY, look for dangers, things that can fall, roll or etc into your lexus.
once you become paranoid like me you will save yourself trouble
