I am to get my IS350 tinted 35 all around but am looking for a good tint that will give me maximum heat rejection, look good, and last the lifetime of the vehicle.

3M or Formula 1 tint.
Neither are cheap, but both are exceptionally good. 5%-20% for max heat rejection. In some states, you gotta watch out for window tint laws tho...in CA CHP loves to crack down on tint, not sure how it is in NJ.
I would say get 20% 3M or Formula 1 tint. Quality tint, dark enough that its gonna reject a lot of heat, but still light enough for most people to see at night OK. 5% will probably get you pulled over sooner than later in most areas
Just as important as the tint though, is the installation. Find a good installer, and find one that offers lifetime warranty (many do now) and you should be good to go for the life of your car.

I used to have V-Kool which wasn't dark (70%), but has extremely good heat rejection. They have a 40% too I think.
I switched more recently to Diamond Cut IR film which is more or less the same, but can be applied to the front windshield. Now I can skip the sunshade without my black seats ever being too hot to sit on even on hot days. It's pretty hot, but not scalding for say... a passenger wearing short shorts
I think Diamond Cut is limited to Premier only which is CA-based.
