Owners New Car Clinic
Im going to the new car clinic tomorrow.
The service and parts managers will be there, does anyone have resonable questions they would
like me to ask.
1- Are there any resonably priced, full featured OBD scan tools that are also able to adjust Lexus Personalized Settings?
2- Any plans on OEM replacement front disc brake pads that will create less brakedust?
3- Any plans on a fix for the shaky rearview mirror. (vibrates enough that it is not useable, with just the sunroof open) IMO this is a life safety issue and should be recalled.

If they are willing to answer technical questions, ask them about scan tools. I assume that I could use any CAN compatible generic OBD-II scan tools to read and reset error codes, but they aware of any full featured (e.g. able to set LPS settings and the rest of the cool stuff) scan tools priced within reach of the shade tree mechanic?
