Like I said I don't know anything about it but... my friends will KILL for 10cfm per piston on heads and they had the 4.xx bore plate instead of the airbox but he thought since it was for the whole engine instead of one cylinder, and a very crude test, it wasn't that big of a deal. Can you say run-on sentence?

I would kill for 10 cfm per cylinder too. But as you said, it was a crude test, and it sounds similar to the vacuum cleaner test. Not 100% of the available filter area, and definitely not the filter installed in the airbox. I totally understand that you don't want them to reconfigure their rig. Thanks for making the effort.

That sounds WAY too generous toward the vacuum cleaner "test". I don't think the vacuum cleaner test was any more pertinent than if he had shown how dark of a shadow it made on the ground in sunlight.

I thought it was kind of like the vacumn cleaner test too but we had a nice little guage and a tube full of blue water! I forgot to say we did do it with the air going the correct direction and blowing 'out' thru the filters thru the filters and not sucking 'in' thru them. I thought it should have been done with vacumn. I guess since the filter wasn't truly sealed he thought it was a better way to do it. He was the first to say it was crude but he was kind of exited to do the "test". He doesn't really worry about little stuff. He thinks you should just turn up the boost! They (Texas Speed and Performance) have a twin turbo C-5 that lays down 790 rwhp @15 psi.and is a daily driver on 92 Octane. And they just sold a C6 that layed down 1000 rwhp. They actually have the turbo kits made by H P performance in infamous Roswell NM. The C5 did 9.89 @158 mph with slicks and the C6 is kind of a "dyno Queen" that has 11"(rear)5 spoke CCW's and Z06 fenders. Man it was just beutiful! They still have the C5 and are building a LeMans blue 427 C6 with twins. Both cars throw your head back SO hard all you can do is laugh like a little kid! The C5(1999) is for sale for $30,000.
