Its a cellular antenna,got it from ebay........it does not really work! and I am getting lazy to remove it.
The car used to pull to the right when I still had the Dunlop's, now the car runs straight and even less road noise with the michelins. Love the PS2 better!
Haha.....don't let those boxes fool you,the wheels are 100% made in Japan. ASPEC had to ship them in boxes with the "made in taiwan" because they came mounted with the tires and would not fit in the original Work boxes

Wheels look great! 
Now lower it and close up the wheel gap!
