Someone send me an HKS filter and a K&N filter and I'll dyno them along with my blitz and new stock filter and see which one makes more power.

Hmmm not sure how this may relate, but the K&N filter has almost twice as many folds in it compared to the Blitza and stock air filter. More surface area?

No they don't technically make power, but they allow the engine to release more power to the wheels. You know what I meant.

im guessing more surface area = more particulates it can hold before getting clogged. Id basically use a K&N so I dont have to buy a filter ever again for the lifetime of the car, I put one in my car, dads, moms, and bros

Yeah depending on how long the Blitz filter lasts and whether or not people have issues with the oil on the K&N filters, I just may go with K&N next time. Stinks, having to dish out bucks ever 20-30k for a new filter when just one will last the life of the car with regular cleaning cycles.

No problem. I should've used a smilie after my comment. Sometimes it's hard to tell when someone is kidding, and when they're not.
