Light gurus oh light gurus(llama), Have you guys used the HID DRL module+hardness from vled?http://www.v-leds.com/Shop/Control/P...7225/SFV/32481

I just bought some d4s bulbs and HID kits from cliffud, and i plan to be a guinea pig if no one has used it

I just put on the HID DRL harness. The HID drl makes the headlight useless now..lol.

Is there a trick to removing the lenses from the doors? I tried prying with a screwdriver but the thing wont come out

just put a flat head screwdriver behind the lens and pop it hard. one a corner is out, pull it out.

Yeah it's straightforward
I just put in my white ISPs and clear courtesy lamps on the doors in ~ 1 hour (I had to wire the ISPs too cause of 06

Use a little screwdriver covered with a microfiber to reduce risk of scratching!

i know this is a real stupid question but by changing out the lights does it void the warranty ? ie. fog lights, puddle lamps, dome etc...
sorry about my noob question :P

mayb the fog lights n the major parts but for the interior.. unlikely..

If you call a Lexus dealer they will say, yes. If you ask us we will say, no. That is the simple answer. There are LOTS of 'warranty voiding' threads that explain in deeper detail.

about bulb swaps and warranties... what are you worried about? blowing a bulb? *if it blows just put in a new bulb*, burning a harness? *dont put in a 100w bulb in a harness made for a 50w bulb*... bottom line, this is a non-subject if you just follow common sense.
