IS250--->IS350
How much do you all think it would cost me to upgrade to the IS350 in the same package. This is what I have:
IS250 RWD
Black/Black
Premium w/Nav
I want the same thing just an IS350, the 250 is a little underpowered IMO.
I owe roughly 33K on it....payment is $560/month.....how much would my payment be with no more money down?? How much do you think I could get for it right now. It has 4K on it.

I'm thinking about the same thing too. I feel IS 250 is underpower unless I switch to ECT power mode. I was fine with the power of IS 250 until I drove ES350 as loaner car while the IS was at the dealer. 3.5 liter is a bigger engine and more power, whether it's an IS or ES. While I was at the dealer, I spoke to a fleet manager, and he said if I get a ES250 ultra luxury, it would be $41K plus tax and license. He can give me $30K for the IS as a trade-in since the IS has about 3000 miles. Thus, my loss would be $9.2K with the tax, license and Lo Jack. Total out the door price for my IS was $39.2K.
I'm seriously thinking about the trade, but in the end I don't really like the ES350 exterior....too much like the Camry. I'm not sure I want to absorp such loss for a less than 2 month old car. Maybe next year, I'll get the GS.

Assuming a 60 month term, 6.4% rate, $43K out the door price for IS350, $6K down after trading your IS250, your new monthly payment could be:
$722
you need to shop around for rates.

When you sell your car, the only thing that concerns you is the $$$ you get for it. You need to sell it to whomever will give you the most money; nothing else matters.
Of course, be sure to include the tax savings you'll get when the dealer runs the books and drops your purchase price by the value of the trade in ($30k), which would be significant.
Run to CarMax and see what they'll offer you, or put an ad in the paper - you might "lose" $50, but you'll see what your car is really worth.

It would cost you the amount that the your current car has depreciated, plus sales tax and fees on that purchase, plus sales tax and fees on the new car, plus the amount the new one depreciates the minute you drive it off the lot. Did I miss anything?

why would you care what the new owner thinks if its certified pre-owned or not?
