Blitz makes much more than filters, and I'm currently doing development for the Typhoon series CAI kit for the IS350 - I never saw any of the K&N filters, although I'm sure my car was involved somehow...

Is it going to make more horsepower?? That's another story. To be honest I don't really think it makes the engine produce significantly more horsepower. May be a little more if any.

You can go to http://shop.knfilters.com/knshop/ to order it online. I received it in 4-5 business days. I checked with few auto parts store where they carry K&N filters and they don't have it yet and not even on they computer system to order it. I guess it just came out and those stores have not ordered it from K&N yet. It will be quicker to order it from that official K&N filter online store.

But I agree with bdmac, there is no way you're going to actually feel the difference form a simple filter upgrade.
Wrong! I just installed my K&N and my car feels fantastic. Much more responsive and faster. Feels better than day one with my car.

But you have to be careful - wipe off any excess oil, and what I did was drop it on top of a paper bag a few times to remove any excess oil (both sides) then let it dry for a day.
