Default Will 9.5" wheels fit up front?

I wanted to see if 19x9.5 +45 would fit up front running 235-35-19. I was hoping the combination of higher offset and stretched tire would allow the combo to fit and turn without rubbing. Bring on the ideas...or the bashing....

Whether it's advisable or not for a plethora of reasons, I think that will probably work as the edges of the tire will be 5mm + perhaps .2" closer to the fenders.

Sure they are..... my M45 has a pretty good stretch on the rear and I've drivn all over. I don't stretch them as much as those clowns on VIPStyleCars, but a little stretch looks good.

The inside part of your rim will be very close to the suspension arm. I'm talking about 1 - 3 mm of clearance. Best way to find out is find a wheel and test fit.

thats complete BS.. ive seen drift cars that have run 225 wide tires on a 9.5 wheel and actually drift on them without issues of a popped bead. there are quite a few guys ive seen locally that run them this wide for daily driving and track events. i can honestly say that i dont think its that safe.. but it is definately driveable.

235's will definitely be stretched on a 9.5" wheel but it's still within the manufacturer's specs so they think it's OK.

Interesting, I was going to ask this question once, but I have not seen this setup on any 2is and so I did not even bother. My slight dilemna was the fact that the FACE 2 of the Volk Progressiv Te is only offered in 9.5, 10.5 It really would be nice to have that sunken look on front and back. As it stand I will go with the FACE1 on front and FACE 2 on rear in a 8.5/9.5 setup.

I really would not know if this would work but was curious. I will not be the one to pilot this.
