Default [Houston] Which dealer?

Can anyone comment on the available dealers in the Houston area? Is one any better than the other(s)? Does one have any particular great sales rep, service, etc?

Thanks.

if your in CA, why are you looking in Houston?

...but to answer your question, Westside Lexus - Tom/Tim Tufty has been there for like 15 years or something. I'd speak with him. Kind of ironic as i'm in Houston and bought mine from Oregon.

A good friend of mine bought a IS350 in Houston two weeks ago. He only got $600 off a Blue Onyx with premium package. He shopped the four dealers in the area and they all wanted MSRP minus a few hundred bucks.

This is exactly why I bought from out of state. I got $2200 off sticker (and a free clear bra) on a sport package and didn't have to wait 3-4 months to get it. PM me for my salesperson in Oregon if your interested.

I'm from Houston but bought from Dallas. Got mine in February for ~$2500 off MSRP, no free clear bra though. Shipping to my driveway in Houston was $400

Don't buy from Houston - all the dealers will not budge at all. I called 11 dealers around the area and the two best by far were North Park in San Antonio and Lexus of Austin. I got mine from Lexus of Austin for $2500 off without much bargaining. Talk to Dean Royal - he's a good guy.

for my 07 im planning to inquire at Beaumont, San Antonio, Austin, possibly Dallas. Sounds like houston wont budge on 07s if 06 is still going for this much

at least you get free oil changes and other services that other dealers won't give you for free.
