Frustrated with dealers in No. VA

Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is good as it is local to me (5 miles away literally).
But, I got mine from Lexus Rockville. They gave me an even better deal on my tungsten pearl IS250AWD with Nav. So you decide

To those of you who said "why not sell it at a higher profit margin?". I guess I'm thinking about the customer service aspect. See...what these salesman don't know is that I have 2 family members looking at high end luxury vehicles right now to buy. If the salesman had not been such a$$holes (or actually even "known" a little bit about their product), they'd have potentially made a lot more on commission than what they are trying to #$%^ me out of. It is a little thing called "good business".
I've learned a lot more from you all just reading the posts on this forum than I ever did from the salesman. There is no excuse for that.
Thanks again for the contact information

Definitely doesn't seem like Pohanka is willing to deal....I thought it was just me! The best I managed was $1000 off and a spoiler tossed in. The salesperson I dealt with was very good but they are pretty tight when it comes to deals. The overall experience was good though. I'd buy from then again.

I asked my salesman (after the point of no return) why Pohanka wasn't listed as an "elite" dealership in VA (according to Lexus.com..."This is a special award for our dealers who excel at sales, service and overall ownership support. Indeed, the following dealerships pursue perfection to the point of redundancy. They are the "Elite of Lexus." ).
Of course the salesman didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about....and had to go ask his manager. He came back and told me that the other dealerships "paid" their customers to fill out positive surveys and that is how they achieved "elite" status.
Apparently Pohanka should start doing the same, right?
