Longo wouldn't offer any discount. can you believe that. Musta been just one hungry salesman.

someone above said that Longo service dept is *hitty. why? I'm gonna have my car serviced there next week for rattles. What should I be worried about?

07 IS250 RWD
Starfire Pearl/Black Leather

I really had no choice in where i purchased mine because no dealership, at least at the time i was purchasing, could get or had the exact 250 I wanted. The only dealership in Norcal that had my car, white, navi, all black leather, spoiler, 18's, HID, XM, etc... was Sacramento. I wanted to go through Lexus of Concord because our bodyshop, Cooks Collision, deals with Lexus of Concord all the time. I must say though i was very happy purchasing my Lexus from Sacramento. I went through Nathan, Internet Sales Manager and got one killer of a deal. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking to get a Lexus!

Got mine last week from Longo. Through internet manager Marc Fata. This is my 8th car purchase and let me tell you all, this was hands down the best purchase experience ( better than my BMW x5 purchase 2 years ago). I was in and out in about an hour and the car was sold at invoice

Ohh the finance manager, Hans, was also the best out of all I have dealth with in the past.

I bought two cars from Newport lexus and would NOT recommend them. They are overpriced on parts labor oil change etc compared to other lexus dealer ships. They have to pay for that new dealership some how. Sales people are the left over ones who couldnt make it at Fletcher Jones.

Lexus of Cerritos. Return customer. Got my wife's '05 RX330 for $300 over invoice so I went there for my '07 IS250 and again paid $300 over invoice. Go see Esther Gutierrez, Fleet Asst Manager. She also gives away freebies ie custom made clear floormats (ask for them).

Lexus of Glendale.

Had a great sales experience, but am ready to burn down the service department. The crappiest service ever, with no one taking responsibility when there is a problem. They had me bring in my car, then wait 2 hours to install a license plate bracket (which they **cked up when installing their frame). When I went to see what was going on, find out the cars been sitting there, and they don't have the part in stock, but apparently everyone is out to lunch. Will finally get the bracket on Monday after having to call back several times.
Long story short, will never return to Lexus of Glendale and have them waste my time. Ridiculous that they would lose a customer over something as small as a plate bracket.

Lexus of Westminster.

Dealt with a young lady named Rose. Purchased a 2007 IS250RWD, Nav, Prem, etc. in 10/2006. Very pleasant experience, very professional, minimal B.S., and was in and out of there quickly. I got a great deal and I had my own financing through my credit union. I knew exactly what I wanted and got the price at what I wanted (thanks to this forum and much research). Their financing department was also painless as they did not try to push extra options on me. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area.

I also checked out Newport Lexus the day before. They do have a stellar brand new facility off of Jamboree, but the sales people at this dealership that I dealt with was very rude to me. I wanted to test drive the car first but the inconsiderate overweight salesman didn't want to walk across the lot to get the car I wanted. Instead, he put me in a different IS (with no navigation, base model) to test drive. I think the navigation/bluetooth is such a strong selling feature of the car! How lazy is that not to promote your own product! Anyways, beyond that he was very unprofessional and really was not motivated to sell. It appears that sales people at this dealership are looking for that one whale who is foolish enough to pay MSRP and then some.

Contacted 13 dealerships in CA via internet sales and told them what I wanted and max I would pay for it, then told them to fight over it. They did and I took the three best quotes to Sacramento (which is where I live) and they matched one. Bought it there.

That sounds like a good idea let them fight over the prices and which ever one is better ill take that one especially when we are in the Bay Area there are many options of different dealerships.
