Bought mine opening day at Newport Lexus. I was impressed with how well the sales process went. I've read some of the complaints regarding Tustin Lexus and understand that Newport is owned by the same guy/company. No complaints with my experience and they had a much larger inventory of IS models to choose from.
We also use Westminster Lexus service center for warranty work and highly recommend them for repairs as there work is always perfect the first time, they win on service. There parts center for (XM-radio) was the best dealer price I found in the area too. Side note by having the XM purchased & installed by a Lexus Dealer "Westminster" (was considered a factory install) was covered in the ES buyback deal at Newport Lexus.

Magnussen Lexus of Fremont. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service department and the service department. I bought over internet and sales person James Choi was very responsive over my numerous emails. A pleasant experience overall.
Only one thing I wish I had noticed before taking delivery was that the car had about 70+ miles and 1 quarter low on gas. Other than that everything was peachy.

Tony Tsou from Longo Lexus sold me my new RX350. I got quotes from 10 dealerships in the So. Calif. area and Longo got my business because of: price, courteous salesman, no BS/games, and not too far from my home (Santa Monica). Tony had a full checklist of things he had to do before I drove off the lot, i.e. going over all features of car, full tank of gas, etc.
I absolutely DID NOT like the attitudes of the sales people from Tustin, Santa Monica, and Keyes. In my opinion, they all possessed one or all of the following traits: rude, smarmy, condescending, dishonest, and sneaky. One saleslady at one of the dealerships even tried to steal a sale (me) away from another salesman at a sister dealership owned by the same owner by transferring the car from that lot to hers! SHADY!

Stevens Creek Lexus vs. everyone else in SF BA
About 2 weeks ago, I started emailing dealers with what I wanted (Tungsten Pearl IS350 LT/NAV/ML) and at what price ($500 over invoice). Most were good at the initial reply (that they had Black or Smokey Granite), but failed to follow up with answers to my further inquiries. I ended up driving to San Jose (50 miles away) this past Saturday because the salesperson there was polite and timely with her responses. She didn't have the car when I first emailed her, but she kept me updated with the status of incoming inventory, and called me the minute the trailer pulled into their lot. I ended up getting my price and my preferred color choice. Communication is key. I was surprised and disappointed in the lack of follow up from Lexus dealers in the San Francisco Bay Area. I would have preferred to have purchased the car from Serramonte Lexus as it is 5 minutes from my house! Their "internet" sales guy, never got back to me...ever. The car is AWESOME!! Even my wife likes it and wants to drive it!

Tungsten Pearls IS350 w/ LT luxury, Mark Levinson, Nav, 18" wheels.
39,700 plus TTL. I purchased the extended warranty which bumped by OTD total to $45,144 vs. sticker price of $44,872 pre TTL. Kristina Taroni was the internet sales manager that I worked with.

Vista Lexus was the dealer where i purchased my IS. They had great service and really gave me a great deal. The salesman was great, if any of you are intersted in buying one, PM me and i can give you his name and number.

Everytime I call Vista there was this guy who wouldn't even listen to my offer. I asked him if $35k OTD for an IS250 with premium & Nav possible and he just plain out called me crazy and said that Lexus is not the car I am looking for.
Keyes Lexus of Van Nuys is also the worst dealership experience I ever had. The salesguy was actually getting pissed because I wouldn't listen to what he is claiming to be invoice price when I have a KBB print out saying it was about $2k lower. He said to ignore my research because everything online is misleading. Horrible service and I will never go back there again for a new vehicle.

Got a special order placed with a good price on Putnam, other dealership was willing to "try to" match the price only after I told them I am about to put down a deposit. Satish at Putnam was willing to put up with a lot of back and forth negotiation. All other dealers will not even reply my email after I ask for too much of a discount.

Lexus of Glendale is the best! I went through 4 dealers in NorCal and Longo in SoCal before buying my 350 at Glendale. Their representatives were the most friendly. Waiting area provided the best food, including FIJI water! And was not a b*&^% in negotiation pricing. Longo was the worst experience! I would never deal with them again! Longo Toyota is however very good. But Longo Lexus had the most b&t%!ing sales person for me to deal with.
