Default Newport Beach Lexus

I bought my 07 IS350 Black Sapphire after 6 months of searching for this car with black interior. Finally had to buy and settled for cashmire. Told Tony in Internet sales that I was a Costco member and he said they would match that price. about $ 3500 off MSRP. Saw several new cars on the lot with scratches and swirl marks, when I took car in for complementary 5000 mile service and wash I got my car back with the same kind of scratches apparently from the wash or dry.

South Bay- would not return phone calls

Glendale - told me they had my color in stock, got there and they didn't

Longo - had a base 350 in the color but it had deep scratches on every side

Santa Monica - went there 3 times never did find a place to park

Picked my car up from Lexus of Cerritos. Probably one of the best lexus dealers I've dealt with. Newport. Tustin. Longo. Westminster and Glendale could not even touch the price at what i picked up my car at and the service was not on par compared to the internet dept i dealt with at Cerritos. I'd recommend cerritos all the way.

I would recommend Elise to anyone, she did a great job. The wife said it was "the best car deal she's ever seen" because it was quick and without any surprises.

Paid for airfare, a night at the Ritz in Marina Del Rey with dinner and drinks at jerne (their restaurant), and the drive back home with less than the money I saved.
lol, I searched and saw this..she is still with Longo....I recommended her.

From DCH Lexus of Oxnard. Through internet manager Mike and Joe took care of the actual sale. Every numbers was done over email. $42594 MSRP sale before TTL is 36600. As soon as i got there, key was given and after 1.5 hr. i was on my way back home.
Glendale told me to come over and lied to me they had car. but when i got there, tried to sell me the one they have with MSRP. They show me IS-F and LX470 with Markup and tricked me like i was so lucky to got MSRP.
Santa Monica Keep trying to bring the car from other dealer for two weeks but failed.
Longo didn't have the car i wanted but they didn't want to match the price too.

I picked up mine from Longo a couple of years ago. I kind of regret it now, dealing with them was a pain in the a$$. Bad customer service. Rude and at times ignorant. You live and you learn.

Thumbs up Dealers in LA

I got my Lexus from DJ Ceresa and he did the best job of any sales person I have ever worked with. Not only did he find my car, but found info about the car that I did not already know about like how a car built for Wisconsin lets you drop off the Mark Levinson sound and still keep all the great opitons. This saved me enought to upgrade to the AWD and get everthing I wanted and more. I'll be back soon for my next Lexus, and so will my friends and family!

I purchased my Lexus from Lexus of South Bay. The service was 7/10. It was good, but not great. I think they are always extra nice since they are going to shaft u for $30+k in the booty. The service department is not so good. They did give me a loaner when I went in for my steering wheel issue. I just dont like it when someone tells me "its normal" before even investigating the issue.

I am still looking for a better dealership to take my car to where I know they will do the job right the first time with somewhat professional / above average service.

Got my '10 IS350 at Lexus Kearny Mesa through the internet manager. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Got the price sorted out through e-mail, then spent less than an hour in the dealership after they sourced the vehicle from South Bay Lexus. Took it in for the 1,000 mile check yesterday, and it was an easy experience.

Test drove at Carlsbad Lexus and tried to go there for purchase since it is closest to my house, but the salesman never returned my e-mails.

Lexus Kearny Mesa is close to where I work, and that turned out to be more convenient anyway.
