What Factory Option Do You Regret Not Buying?
#77
sometimes i regret not getting navi...but when i think about it i'd only have it for looks really...its a pretty useless feature for me...nine times out of ten i can get to any place in the city...only plus i see to it is for long drives and POI's...but then again its a matter of getting the same info on my blackberry instead...

No regrets, just wish that Lexus was more flexible with their packages up here in Canada.
We have two X-packages, X1 and X2. I got the X2 which has leather/moonroof/pwr seats on top of the sports sus/18" wheels/illuminated scuff plates of the X1. We don't get the front spoiler like in the US, however we are not limited to certain colour choices.
Also, the X-package in Canada is stand alone and you CANNOT get additional options like in the US. Had I lived in the US I would have gotten the x-package with HIDs, which i really miss after owning an IS300 but really I'm shocked Lexus made HIDs an option for the 2gen.

My estimation is that it will cost $5k or more after everything parts & labour. You'd have to replace the entire centre console since all those button controls will now be part of the Nav screen. Sounds too $$$ for me.

The only thing I would have liked to have are the memory seats. My wife has it on her car and its pretty convenient when different drivers use the car. I just didn't want to buy any entire package for it.
