When I bought my car, I was told that I could get a car wash whenever I wanted. I kind of forgot about all that so after reading this thread I called up Steven's Creek lexus's service department to try and set up an appointment for a car wash and they told me that they don't do that anymore. I then called up their sales department but they said they can only do it on weekdays between 9 and 3 and only if there are no other cars needed to be washed.

so wtf? the way that my salesman told me made it sound like I could get one immediately and be on my way... does anyone else get car washes at stevens creek? what do you say to get one?
