I apologize if this isn't the right place to be posting this, but I noticed today that the plastic piece that is directly in front of the rear tire of my car was hanging down. There was a small plastic screw that had fallen onto the ground. I don't know what piece this is but is this easy to fix or does it require a trip to the service center? My car is a 2006 IS 250 awd.

I don't remember hitting anything so I'm not sure what caused it to come loose. I pushed it back up but it is still loose. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
