Default oil maint warning

so i got this warning.. and i went to get my oil changed at jiffy lube

after my i got my car back, the warning was gone but came back about 3 mins later


do i need to change my oil again? or do i need to goto a dealership to reset the warning?

yes, probably because jiffy lube never changed your oil.

Press the start button without stepping on the brake so the car turns on, and hold down the trip button on the cluster. You will see the odometer show ----- and that shows you just reset it for 5k to remind you to change your oil. It's also in the DIY section in your owner's manual.

Why do people shell out all this money for these cars and then take them too jiffy screw? All they are good for is blowing people's engines up around here. They are always screwing up someone's car here and they always get towed to the dealership.

Based on what I've heard about Jiffy Lube, it is enterily possible they didn't change the oil unless you saw them do it. If the did change the oil, they probably didn't change the filter.
