Window smashed the rubber seal
The top part of the rubber was smashed and is indented now. Can it be fixed under warranty or i gotta pay?

Bring it back to the dealer and make sure the window is aligned well.

I wonder if you got your windows tinted if the dealer would still repair/align the window under warrenty?

my car isnt tinted though.

That's good to hear! Make sure that before bringing it back home that the seal aligns correctly. Sometimes, they fix the seal but don't fix the cause of the malalignment, which can be the glass/window itself...
