P.S. I am planning to keep the stockish look and that is why I even considered these rims. The stockish look with a sense of beauty. It matches the IS alot. I might buy these wheels unless somebody gives me an important reason why I shouldn't. Anyone want to chime in?

BTW This would be really nice for an IS 250, but I have an IS 350 with lots of power , so what kinda throwback am I looking at if I get these?

FWIW, the "standard" IS wheels are 17X8 all the way around with 225/45-17 front and 245/45-17 rear. It might look a little baloon like to put the 255/40-18 on an 18x8, but I don't think a 245/40-18 would look too bad.

Let me know how it goes cause I was thinking about doing the 5 spokes too! They look sweet on the IS.

I think it looks great on those rims since they are LEXUS and match the IS sporty look...

I was considering doing this several months ago, but I quickly realized that the wheels aren't available in a staggered setup. While I absolutely LOVE they way they look on the IS (from the side), the rears look like there's not enough meat back there... so I still have my stockers - and my CASH... I am quickly falling in love with the ISP mode wheels, though - especially at the price that Lexus-Parts is selling them at!
