I saw a JP IS owner replace his NAV Cover from Japanese to English. He said it is a gift from his US friend. Therefore, it is possible to but it separately from Lexus.

In fact, what I need is only the cover of MULTI-DISPLAY, and you are right that some functions might be in the opposite position, like "TEMP" and "PASSENGER TEMP".

As for "RADIO RECEIVER", "PWR-VOL" and "TUNE-FILE" also in the opposite position.

Here I got the Part Number of MULTI-DISPLAY is 86430. However, I can't get more info about the cover of MULTI-DISPLAY. It should be easier if I can find out who supply this MULTI-DISPLAY. And I guess it is made in Philippines or China.
