Tire Fitment Question?

Tire Fitment Question?
I looked through the aftermarket setup thread, did not notice anyone with this set up......
I have 20x8.5 +20 offset FRONT
20x10 +40 offset REAR:
Tires that are on there: 245/35R20 and 275/30R20 Respectively.
Question? ---------
I know that the front tires do not fit, already hade them installed, rubs everywhere. Need to know if a 225/35R20 would fit in the front? This is the only other size I have to choose from to match the back tires.
Tires are Kumho SPT

I'm sorry for not explaining. It's the offset. If you could find 225 or 235/30, you might be able to make it work with 20's if your offset was ~+35 or higher. At +20, the wheel sticks out too far past the fender so even if you're stretching the tires on the wheel, the tread will make contact with the fender whenever the suspension compresses enough.

for 9.5"s in the rear, I would go between +38 to +45.
Are those wheels available in 19"s? I don't know if this is a consideration for you or not but going with 20"s leaves you with rubber bands for tires. If you live somewhere like Fla where they have great roads with no potholes, you might be OK. However, running 20"s with something close to OEM size tires doesn't give you much sidewall protection at all.
Just a thought.
With the 20"s, I'd go 235/30/20 and probably 265/30/20. I believe this is slightly larger than stock in terms of overall diameter. You might bump it up to 245/30 and 275/30 to get a little more sidewall though. However, the bigger you go, the more potential issues you'll have with rubbing.
