Default After Market Spoiler

What are your thoughts about this?:

$188 w/o shipping on eBay...

Or should I go directly to the dealer? I can always order one from the dealer if they still make one in crystal white.

Dealers may charge double, but they'll do the work for you. And no need to wait for shipping and possible shipping problems...

I'd love to add the spoiler to my car, but I'm going to wait until I can get a whole body kit, OEM or not.

I'm also thinking of pulling the trigger on that auction. Its ALOT cheaper to go that route, i'm thinking of getting it installed by a local body shop or something. I just dont feel comfortable drilling a hole in my car.

Lots of people are just using 3M double sided tape to install them, and pulling the 3 studs out of the OEM spoiler with pliers.

I bought mine for $188 OTD (thanks to Wolverine). I drilled and bolted it on myself. However, I saw on the invoice when I was paying that it cost the dealer $139, maybe even less due to other discounts they get.

you could also just over-torque the nuts on the screws until the screw snaps off...

Might as well just snap it out with pliers since the plastic will give way before the screw.

If "double" includes installation and they have it in stock, then it's worth being done there.

You think they still have crystal white spoilers in stock since 07 starfire pearl is out?
