Default can is250 use the factory 2-way passive alarm system?

So I bought a is250 recently and also got the remote starter with the passive alarm system. When we agree on the alarm system, it was suppose to be the package deal which is the remote starter with the 2-way passive alarm. At the time of delivery, I thought that my IS is equipped with the 2-way. But later on I found out that its the one-way. Today, I went back to my dealer and they told me that they can not put the two-way passive alarm on my is250 because of the push button start. They never mention any incompatiblity issues about the is250 and the two-way passive at the time I was ordering it. So is it true that is250 cant have a 2-way passive alarm..factory wise? anyone else had this issue?
They said they'll call me on tuesday to let me know if they are 100% sure that they cant do it or not. If it is possible, they'll exchange it for free. Otherwise I paid for a damn passive alarm with a remote starter. sucks...

btw...can i use the isp rims on my awd? i notice the rear wheels are 18x8.5 and the fronts are 18x8.
can i buy those rims and use the same size tires? does the rim have to be the same size too for awd?

When did you pick up your 250? I didn't know the remote starter was available.
