Best Winter Tires For My IS350?

Absolutely not. A trip to the body shop (or even worse, funeral expenses) are much more costly than a pair of front tires. The front wheels do all of the steering and much of the stopping. Summer tires have no place on snow covered roads. Buy four winter tires or leave the car parked when there is snow and ice on the roadway surface.

I would buy just two if I had a garage where I could easily change the rears out... But, if you are going to be driving on the winter tires for a few months, best to get all 4 so there is even tire wear on your front summer tires..
But ya, having two snow tires on the drive (rear) wheels is 100X better than nothing at all. So get whatever you can afford. I recommend all 4 wheels, but if budget doesn't have it, just get the rears.

Those Nokians are good, Blizzak, Dunlop Wintersport M3's are all quality winter tires.
Swapping out rims isn't necessary but you can if you want. Keep in mind you'll probably want to buy another TPMS set for your 2nd rims. When I lived in Canada we never changed rims on our cars for summer/winter and they still looked good. If you're going to the expense and hastle of getting 2nd rims, just get all 4 snow tires.

I'd buy 4 or keep the car parked in the winter as well.

You may catch a deal from the dealership from time to time. Last year before the winter came, I got 4 sensors for Cdn$300, excluding wheel fitting kits and valve caps from a local Lexus dealership.
The fitting kit is a must in order to fit the sensor on the wheel.
The valve caps are to match the valve stems of the sensors.
