If I understand you correctly, you have a base '07 IS and your illum scuffplates were plug & play ? That's not the case with '06s, you had to have the Sport pkg to truly be PnP, whereas on Premium or Base models you had to do some wire splicing to get them to light up. Then again, maybe they make the IS differently for Hawaii, since you can't get the Nav, maybe all model are PnP for the scuffplates ?!?!?
